We ship worldwide

All Online orders are processed within 1-3 business days, we ship from Monday to Friday 10-6 pm, EST, excluding holidays. All orders will include a tracking number. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled and refunded.

Inventory stated online is shared in our physical store. Online orders may be cancelled and refunded to the same tender within 1-2 business days if an order cannot be fulfilled.
We offer standard and express shipping. Please contact us before placing your order to let us know of special instructions or requests. 

We protect our customers' privacy by ensuring that packages are discreetly labelled to avoid attracting unwanted attention. You can trust that we will do our best to make your shopping experience safe and enjoyable.

Knockoff Luxury is not responsible for any product loss and/or delays of orders following shipment from our locations to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for canceling an order.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary based on the shipping destination and shipping method. Orders being shipped to the US or internationally may incur delays because of customs. Typically orders to the USA with standard shipping will take 2-3 days in transit, once processed.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import taxes, duties and other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by your country upon delivery. We mark all customs forms as used items (not stating the brand) and value the item at full purchase price (minus shipping).

RETURNS

All online in-store purchases are FINAL SALE.

All items sold with a discount or promo code are final sale

ONLY FULL-PRICED CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR PURCHASED ONLINE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND.

ONLINE ORDERS

RETYCHE only accepts returns for full priced clothing and footwear purchased online - for a full refund minus the initial shipping cost within 48 hours of a delivery of an online order (as proven by delivery tracking number). To request a return, please contact orders@retyche.com.

HOW TO RETURN

To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page with all accessories included (ex: dustbag, box, card etc..) The item must not have been worn, or show any signs of use. The item must not have been purchased with a discount or promotional code.

You are responsible for the return shipping expense and the package must be sent with a valid tracking number and signature. We also recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate amount.Knockoff Luxury is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the delivery process. To return an item directly to the store, you must contact orders@retyche.com beforehand.

Knockoff Luxury is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your returns while they are in transit until the moment they are received and inspected byKnockoff Luxury (and we confirm the item(s) are accounted for and in original condition).

REFUND VS. STORE CREDIT

You will be given the option of a store credit or a full refund.

REFUND

You will be issued a refund for the original amount and any tax paid in the original payment method. The refund will not include any original shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the item. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the item is received  for the refund to be issued. The refund will appear on your billing statement 10 business days after the date of refund – however this may vary depending on your credit card company or bank.

STORE CREDIT

You will be issued a store credit for the original amount and any tax paid. You can use your store credit to purchase other products on the website or in-store after it has been issued. Your store credit will never expire.  The store credit will not include any original shipping charges.

FINAL SALE

All in-store and online purchases are FINAL SALE

Returns are only eligible on full priced clothing and footwear.

All items sold with a discount or promotional code are FINAL SALE

All layaway items are final sale

All jewelry items are FINAL SALE due to hygienic reasons

ORDER CANCELATION
