SHIPPING

All Online orders are processed within 1-3 business days, we ship from Monday to Friday 10-6 pm, EST, excluding holidays. All orders will include a tracking number. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or canceled and refunded..

Inventory stated online is shared in our physical store. Online orders may be canceled and refunded to the same tender within 1-2 business days if an order cannot be fulfilled.
We offer standard and express shipping. Please contact us before placing your order to let us know of special instructions or requests.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary based on the shipping destination and shipping method. Orders being shipped to the US or internationally may incur delays because of customs. Typically orders to the USA with standard shipping will take 2-3 days in transit, once processed. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import taxes, duties and other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by your country upon delivery. We mark all customs forms as used items (not stating the brand) and value the item at full purchase price (minus shipping).
